This week, a meeting report and summary were carried out regarding the "inspection, maintenance, and servicing" of equipment in last month's equipment management.
Our LUOCKBAS factory has always adhered to the principle of "people-oriented, safe production" in production. Equipment maintenance is an essential part of the production process for every enterprise and factory, and its importance is self-evident. It can ensure that the equipment operates in the best condition, improve the operating efficiency of the equipment, reduce the failure rate, and thus guarantee production safety and production efficiency.
Equipment maintenance and servicing must start from basic management. The mobile team composed of the overall factory manager and workshop department supervisors must implement it in a practical manner every month. The assessment of equipment maintenance and servicing is carried out according to the "five rates", namely, the "equipment intact rate, leakage rate, failure rate, maintenance compliance rate, and operation rate", the work responsibility system, the accident accountability system, and the "three-level" assessment system of the team, workshop (department), and company. We integrate the content and standards of maintenance and servicing into equipment management activities, enabling the maintenance and servicing work to be carried out in a qualitative, quantitative, tangible, and effective manner, making equipment maintenance and servicing work a regular occurrence.
In this assessment, the assessments of each department were within the compliance range. The assessment scores of the processing workshop and the assembly workshop ranked first and second respectively, and a cash reward was hereby given. Since its establishment, LUOCKBAS has continuously improved and upgraded various systems in operation. A large discussion with the theme of "reducing equipment failures means benefits" is carried out among employees every month, and a reward and punishment mechanism of monthly assessment and monthly rewards has been implemented. The assessment is objective and uncompromising, which has played a role in motivating the advanced and restraining the backward.
LUOCKBAS adheres to a "people-oriented" management system, renews concepts, and improves the quality of employees, enabling them to shift from the thought of "I am required to manage and maintain the equipment well" to "I want to manage and maintain the equipment well", providing a guarantee for maintenance and servicing. It also lays the foundation for the timely delivery of customer orders!
