LUOCKBAS Warmly Receives Indian Customer Delegation

In April 2025, under the bright spring sun, Foshan Luockbas Glass Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (LUOCKBAS) welcomed an important group of guests: a delegation from India's glass processing industry. This reception was not just a commercial exchange but a significant reflection of LUOCKBAS's deep commitment to the international market and its role in advancing the global glass processing industry.

Technological Leadership: Unveiling the Innovative Strength of “China's First”

In the company exhibition hall, Indian customers were first drawn to LUOCKBAS’s milestone wall of technological achievements. As a leading enterprise in China's glass double edging machine sector, LUOCKBAS has created multiple “firsts”: in 2004, it became the first to apply servo technology to opening/closing and drive transmission systems; in 2010, it developed the country’s first automatic compensation system via servo motors; and in 2015, it launched the world’s first special four-sided edging machine for jumbo-sized glass (with a maximum processing size of 20 meters). These breakthroughs not only filled domestic technical gaps but also demonstrated the power of “Smart Manufacturing in China” to the global industry.

The highlight of the exhibition hall was the 2022 new-generation equipment, centered on “high efficiency, energy saving, and durability.” Equipped with full servo-driven technology, it achieves a transmission speed of 25 meters per minute. Paired with an intelligent energy-saving system, it saves 8,000–10,000 kWh of electricity monthly, reducing annual costs by over RMB 100,000. The stainless steel waterproof structure and high-precision servo ball screws (with a precision tolerance of ±0.02mm) extend the equipment lifespan to over 15 years, perfectly addressing durability challenges in India’s high-temperature, high-humidity environments.

Full-Scenario Solutions: Adapting to Diverse Needs

Targeting India’s booming demand for architectural glass, photovoltaic glass, and jumbo-sized glass processing, LUOCKBAS showcased four core solutions:

Architectural and Industrial Glass Double Edging Production Lines: Covering fully automated processes from cutting, edging to washing, these lines adapt to different glass thicknesses. For India’s commonly processed thick glass, they feature edge detection that automatically identifies chipping and adjusts speeds to ensure yield rates.

Photovoltaic Glass Pencil Edging Production Lines: Designed for ultra-thin electronic and solar glass, they support high-speed processing at 15 meters per minute, meeting India’s photovoltaic industry demands for high precision and efficiency.

Jumbo-Sized Glass Processing Solutions: Leveraging the globally leading 20-meter 超长 (extra-long) glass edging technology—successfully applied in projects like Zhejiang Fluotec Group—these solutions resolve pain points in India’s large curtain wall glass processing and fill gaps in local high-end equipment.

Horizontal Single Edging Machines for Irregular Glass: Offering horizontal processing for triangular, trapezoidal, and other irregular glass shapes, these machines deliver both precision and efficiency, catering to the personalized needs of India’s architectural decoration market.

Customized Services: Empowering Full Processes from Equipment to Integration

During the factory tour, customers inspected LUOCKBAS’s intelligent production lines and testing centers. The company goes beyond equipment supply, focusing on “turnkey projects”—integrating production line layout design with MES production systems for end-to-end digital management. For example, a customized fully automated “cutting-edging-washing-tempering” line for Indian customers achieves a capacity of 1,600 m² in 8 hours with only 5 operators, significantly reducing labor costs.

Notably, LUOCKBAS’s “IoT Remote Monitoring System” sparked keen interest. It enables real-time equipment status tracking via 4G/WiFi, supporting remote fault diagnosis and program upgrades to ensure efficient operation—critical for cross-border after-sales support to Indian customers.

Win-Win Partnership: Opening a New Chapter in South Asia

As a major global glass consumer, India has strong demand in construction, automotive, and photovoltaic sectors. LUOCKBAS has already established collaborations with multiple 知名 (well-known) Indian enterprises, and its equipment advantages in reliability, energy efficiency, and intelligence align with India’s manufacturing upgrade trends. During this reception, both sides exchanged in-depth views on photovoltaic glass production lines and jumbo curtain wall glass equipment procurement, reaching preliminary cooperation intentions.

“We are not just equipment suppliers but innovative partners in the glass processing industry,” said the Foreign Trade Director of LUOCKBAS. The company will continue to invest in localized services, providing technical training, spare parts reserves, and other support to empower Indian customers with enhanced competitiveness.

With the deepening of the “Belt and Road” initiative, LUOCKBAS is connecting global markets through technology. This intensive interaction with Indian customers marks not only the start of a commercial partnership but a new beginning for collaborative development between China and India in glass processing. In the era of intelligent leadership, LUOCKBAS is writing a new chapter of win-win success for the global glass processing industry with innovation and strength.
